Paradox Resort Phuket - SHA Plus

Room was excellent, very comfortable beds and pillows and house keeping service was great. The hotel is in an excellent location with many restaurants in easy walking distance along with the beach being nearby.

Excellent room - Residence Premium has a great view of the beach, very spacious rooms and modern. The beach front view is the best view I have had in a "sea view" room. Really good convenient location too. Rooms were very clean when we moved in. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and very happy to help. The grounds are large an beautiful and it's nice just walking around the resort. Breakfast is good with nice variety. I would definitely come back and stay in this room!

The rooms were newly renovated. They were great. I like the fact that the room had bottom night lights, so when you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you dont have to switch on all the lights. The night lights are enough to guide you to the bathroom :)

I have stayed at this hotel six times. And this time I extended my vacation in this hotel by 4 days (replacing the island of Koh Samet) The location is excellent! Beach across the road! There are a lot of good places to eat around. The villa is big. Lots of space, very comfortable bed. Room service is always available, everything is very prompt! The breakfast is good but a bit repetitive. But you can always find something delicious! Every day they baked donuts with condensed milk. Several times asked to cook porridge. Everything is operational! I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and everything was perfect!
